According to the UK Sun, Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick had to terminate training early after two players were separated following a “shocking” brawl this week.
Rangnick is ready to lead the Red Devils for the final time against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
United is now sixth in the table and will be without a trophy for the fifth consecutive season.
While the players have not been identified, they are said to be “senior” members of the club, with many of their teammates “stunned” by the fight.
The brawl is said to have occurred near the end of Thursday’s training session at Carrington, with the session being halted short and all players being told to change.
The Manchester United players was given four days off after Sunday’s humiliating 4-0 loss to Brighton since they do not play this weekend.
