On Wednesday, April 6th, Leke Adeboye, the son of Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, appeared before a three-man panel for his remark referring to some RCCG preachers as goats.

According to the Sahara Reporters, Leke was forced to appear before a three-person panel on Wednesday, which included his father-in-law, and was told that he would never say anything like that again after adamantly declaring that he would not apologize for mocking senior RCCG preachers.

According to church insiders:

“Today (7th), Leke Adeboye was called before a panel for insulting pastors and calling them goats. Unfortunately, the three-man panel did not punish him or demand that he apologize. His father-in-law is one of the panel members.

He sneered at the panel, telling them he couldn’t apologize. What exactly did they do? They only warned him not to do it again.”

Although Adebayo Leke has deleted the post, he has yet to issue a public apology.
